19th December 2018. The substantive hearing (when the court hears all parties involved in the case) is now the 29th, 30th and 31st January 2019. We have been advised that we may receive the decision of the court approximately three months from this date. These hearings are all held at the Court of Session in Edinburgh.

While I have no objection to the game of football I cannot understand why the club wants to create a complex that has no connection with its legacy roots at Pittodrie. The proposed stadium in this rural area is as far as possible from the city centre and makes little sense.
